  • Language
The official language of the conference is English.
  • VISAs
Some participants may need a VISA to enter Taiwan, ROC. Please check on the Taiwan Government website (https://en.mofa.gov.tw/). It is the responsibility of the conference participant to obtain a VISA if required.
  • Liability and Insurance
Conference participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.
  • Guest Attendance Policy
All event activities (including scientific sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas.
The badge provided at the time of registration is necessary to enter all activities, and the check will be performed.
  • Electricity
In Taiwan the power plugs and sockets are of type A and B. Check out the following pictures.
  • Type A: mainly used in North and Central America, China and Japan. This socket only works with plug A.
  • Type B: like type A but with an extra prong for grounding. This socket also works with plug A.
